Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Learn Trading handles refund, cancellation, and billing questions for paid courses purchased through learn-trading.net. This policy supplements our Terms and Conditions. If there is a conflict between this policy and mandatory law, mandatory law will control.
Who reviews refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed by Learn Trading on a case-by-case basis. Stripe processes payments and may technically process an approved refund to your original payment method, but Stripe does not determine whether you are entitled to a refund from Learn Trading.
General rule for paid digital courses
Paid courses are digital content or digital services. Except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly offered at checkout or in a separate promotion, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or course materials have been used.
When we may approve a refund
- duplicate or accidental charges;
- technical problems that materially prevent access and that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time;
- billing errors caused by us;
- other situations where we decide a refund is appropriate in our discretion or where applicable law requires it.
When refunds are usually not available
- change of mind after purchase;
- lack of time, preference, or expected results;
- claims based on trading outcomes, market losses, or dissatisfaction with general educational content after meaningful access or use;
- purchases made without reviewing the course description, level, language, or format in advance.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email info@learn-trading.net from the email address associated with your account and include the course name, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to review the request.
If a refund is approved
If Learn Trading approves a refund, it will usually be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase through Stripe or the relevant payment provider. Processing times depend on your payment provider and bank.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may limit, suspend, or revoke access to the related course while the matter is being reviewed. If the dispute is resolved in our favor and payment is restored, we may restore access.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law, including any mandatory rights relating to cancellation, withdrawal, defective digital content, or refunds.
