These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Learn Trading, including learn-trading.net, your account, free materials, paid courses, quizzes, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and remain responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or restrict accounts that contain false information, are shared with others, or are used in violation of these Terms.

Educational Nature and Risk Disclaimer

Learn Trading provides educational content about crypto, forex, technical analysis, and related topics. The Service does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Any examples, charts, scenarios, or market commentary are provided for general educational purposes only.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of some or all of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own research, decisions, trades, and risk management.

Purchases and Course Access

Some parts of the Service are free, while some courses or content require payment. Paid access is purchased for the specific course identified at checkout. Prices are shown before payment is completed. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe, and your use of those providers may also be subject to their terms and policies.

Access to a paid course is granted after successful payment confirmation to the account used for the purchase. Paid access is personal, limited, non-transferable, and may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared with others. If a payment is reversed, disputed, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent, we may suspend or revoke the related course access.

Refund, cancellation, and billing questions are handled under our Refund Policy. In summary, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout or in a separate offer.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not: violate any law; infringe another person's rights; copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service; bypass access controls; share paid materials outside your personal use; resell Learn Trading materials or "signals"; or present our educational content as personalized investment advice provided by us.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including course materials, text, graphics, branding, site design, and related intellectual property, belongs to Learn Trading or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, such as payment processors, email providers, analytics tools, anti-bot tools, or external websites. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including course content, features, pricing, or availability. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on the Service unless a later date is stated.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for your particular goals. We do not guarantee trading results, profitability, or that any educational material will match real market outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn Trading and its affiliates, owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or trading losses arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Learn Trading for the specific paid course giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, misused the Service, engaged in fraud or abusive behavior, or created risk for us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will stop immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Applicable Law and Contact
